How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
At Royal Roastery NOLA, we roast in small batches daily. Your beans are typically roasted within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.
What is your standard shipping time?
We offer nationwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, tailored to your brewing method.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize Direct Trade and Fair Trade partnerships. We work closely with importers to ensure farmers are paid premium prices and that our beans are grown using sustainable agricultural practices.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite roast and select a delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at checkout to save 10% on every order.
